  1. Are all your products suitable for all skin types? 
    Our products are 100% natural without harmful chemicals or dangerous substances. We comply with the EU Cosmetic Standards and regulations. Additionally, all our products are Safety Assessed and Certified to use. Nevertheless, if you have a specific skin condition we suggest you try our product in a small area first or follow the advice of a dermatologist.
  2. Are your products cruelty-free?
    100% vegan and cruelty-free. We don't test on animals and we never will.
  3. How often should I scrub my skin? 
    Our scrub is suitable for all skin types as it is gentle 100% natural exfoliation. We recommend using 1- 2 times a week in the body areas. Please note always try to avoid eye areas.
  4. Is coffee proven to have beneficial properties on the skin? 
    In vitro testing has shown beneficial properties for the skin because of the bio-components of coffee. Most known benefits: Anti-ageing, Skin Repair, Moisturising.
  5. Where is your coffee from?
    Our coffee comes from businesses in Lund where we collect coffee weekly and process it in our lab.
  6. What is upcycling?

     “The act of taking something no longer in use and giving it a second life and new function. In doing so, the finished product often becomes more practical, valuable and beautiful than what it previously was.”

  7. Where are your products manufactured?
    We manufacture at our Lab in Malmö.
  8. Where to buy your products?
    You can buy online at our website, Gram Malmö, Love Coffee Lund, Vägen Zero Waste, and Minu Vegan Kitchen
  9. How can I pay for my order?
    On our website, you will find the following payment methods: Card or Swish (you will need to pay manually using your Swish App and the ID number: 1234461406 after your checkout)
  10. Can I refund my product?
    We don't provide refunds due to hygiene reasons. Nevertheless please send us an email and we will help you.
  11. If I buy a gift voucher when it expires?
    One year from the date of purchase.
  12. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
    Delivery times vary depending on the location. For orders in Sweden, it takes 1-4 days. For EU, 4-7 working days.
